Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

The service

ReplyRep automates replies to comments and messages on Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorised to manage, using Meta's official APIs.

Your responsibilities

• You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Your use complies with Instagram's Terms and Meta's Platform Terms, including its rules on automated messaging.
• You do not use the service to send spam, deceptive content, or messages to people who have opted out.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages you configure.

Limits outside our control

Meta enforces rate limits and policy restrictions that can delay or prevent message delivery, and may change them without notice. Instagram may also filter or hide comments so that they are never visible to any application, including this one. We cannot guarantee delivery of every message.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. This is currently pre-release software under active development.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for use that violates these terms or Meta's policies.
